Sit With Me for a Few Moments

Sit with me for a few moments.

Sit with me and rest.

It’s Interesting how close the two words rest and reset are..

Yes, you are getting it. Resetting is resting and resting is resetting.

Resting can be so short yet so impactful.

Even in the few seconds you are resting with me now, simply listening to my voice, you feel more silence, peace, stillness, and spaciousness.

We don’t realize the power of the pause. The power of pausing and simply sitting for even a few seconds.

The exponential impact of stopping what you’re doing, resting your hands and closing your eyes.

Does it take anything away from what you are doing or have been doing? No! It actually enhances it.

It allows for more clarity to come through and peacefully.

To simply stop. Close your eyes. Rest your hands. Breathe. You will be able to feel it throughout your whole entire body,

Then… give yourself a smile, and open your eyes. Smile. The more you do this.. You will smile a little longer, move with more ease and calm. Feel a little lighter. People around you will notice too. What’s he doing? What supplement is he taking? Is she doing some new workout? Nope. Simply resetting. That’s the power of a reset.

You can’t hear when you’re immersed in a thousand doings, a thousand thoughts running, yes like all of your tabs running. X them out! Clear your plate. Clear the slate. Reset. It’s that simple. In the mind, in the body, on your computer, in your soul.

Complexity and confusion has been the method of a long outdated formula.

It’s time for simplicity. In truth it is elegant. Elegant simplicity. To simply stop. Close your eyes. Rest your hands. Breathe.

Pure elegance when you allow it. You will be able to feel it throughout your whole body, this luscious spaciousness. Luxuriate in it. Breathe.

Then… open your eyes. Smile. Get back to task. You will smile a little longer, move with more ease and calm. Feel a little lighter. People around you will notice too. What’s he doing? What supplement is he taking? Is she doing some new workout?

Nope. Simply resetting. That’s the power of a reset.
